Meet Kelley Gast
Kelley brings more than three decades of experience in the health field to her work with clients. Alongside her colon hydrotherapy certification, she is a CAMTC-certified massage therapist and nationally certified massage therapist. Her massage credentials are separate from her colon hydrotherapy certification.
Kelley's own experience navigating more than 30 surgeries and health challenges including cancer, Lyme disease and lupus informs her empathetic perspective. She understands that discussing personal health questions can feel vulnerable. Her story is a connection to clients—not evidence that colon hydrotherapy treats these conditions.
What is colon hydrotherapy?
Colon hydrotherapy, also called a colonic or colonic irrigation, involves introducing water into the large intestine through a tube placed in the rectum to flush out bowel contents. It is not a colonoscopy, a cancer screening test or a substitute for physician-directed bowel preparation.
Colon cleansing is not medically necessary for routine detoxification. Evidence does not establish that it removes toxins to improve health, strengthens immunity or treats disease. It should not replace medical evaluation of constipation, bloating or other digestive symptoms.

Before you book
Speak with your licensed healthcare professional about suitability, especially if you have bowel disease, a history of intestinal surgery, heart or kidney disease, or take medicines that may affect the procedure's risks. Tell the practitioner about your relevant medical history and medications. A certification does not make the procedure appropriate for everyone.
Colon hydrotherapy can cause cramping, bloating, nausea and diarrhea. More serious risks include dehydration, changes in the body's salt balance, infection and injury or perforation of the bowel. Do not assume a session is risk-free because it is offered as a wellness service.
Seek medical care for unexplained rectal bleeding, severe abdominal pain, persistent changes in bowel habits or other concerning symptoms rather than booking a colonic to address them.
Questions to discuss with Kelley
- What equipment is used, and how are infection-control procedures handled?
- What preparation is appropriate for me, and is medical clearance needed?
- What does the appointment involve, and how are privacy and consent addressed?
- What symptoms mean the procedure should not go ahead?
- What are the appointment length, total fee and cancellation terms?
Do not start laxatives, fasting, supplements or a special preparation routine based on this page. Request instructions specific to the appointment, and discuss medical concerns with your clinician.
Is colon hydrotherapy a treatment for digestive disease?
No disease-treatment benefit is promised. Persistent digestive symptoms need medical assessment. This service does not replace diagnosis, prescribed care or colorectal cancer screening.
Do I need a package of appointments?
Do not assume repeated colon cleansing is needed for health or maintenance. Discuss the evidence and risks with your healthcare professional before considering any session or series.
