Advanced Wellness Technology in Costa Mesa
Understand the experience before choosing the equipment
LIVE Superhuman brings oxygen, light, PEMF and other bookable wellness technologies together at our Costa Mesa studio. The right starting point is a clear conversation about your goals, what participation involves and the limitations of each option—not a promise that more technology always means better results.

Oxygen experiences: three different approaches
Hard-shell hyperbaric oxygen
HBOT is a chamber-based oxygen experience involving increased surrounding pressure. Our options include 1.6 ATA and 2.0 ATA; ATA describes pressure. Ask about screening, the chamber format and communication during a session. A higher pressure is not automatically appropriate for every guest.
EWOT: exercise with oxygen therapy
EWOT combines exercise with oxygen delivery through a breathing interface. Unlike HBOT, it involves active exercise rather than resting in a pressurized chamber. Discuss the activity requirements and suitability before booking.
Altitude training and IHHT
Altitude hypoxic training involves reduced-oxygen conditions. IHHT alternates lower- and higher-oxygen exposure. These options differ from both HBOT and EWOT. Ask which format is being offered and what screening and supervision it involves.
Light, electromagnetic fields and compression
ARRC red light and LED sessions
Our menu includes ARRC Photobiomodulation LED Light Therapy and other light-based options. Ask which equipment and session format your booking includes. Confirm preparation, eye-protection guidance and precautions with the team.
BEMER and Pulse XL PRO PEMF
PEMF stands for pulsed electromagnetic fields. BEMER and Pulse XL PRO are different equipment options and should not be treated as interchangeable. Discuss the specific device, what the session involves and any relevant health history or implanted devices before participating.
BOA compression
BOA compression is a separate recovery-session option. Ask which areas the equipment covers, how settings are selected and what precautions apply to you. A wellness compression session is not a replacement for evaluation of unexplained swelling or pain.
NanoVi, hydrogen and InBody
NanoVi sessions, hydrogen inhalation and hydrogen-enriched water appear on our services menu. Ask for an explanation of the exact option, available evidence and limitations before deciding. Do not assume a device name proves cellular regeneration or disease treatment.
InBody body-composition scans provide a different type of appointment: a measurement rather than a chamber or light session. Discuss how readings will be used in a fitness plan; a scan does not diagnose disease or establish biological-age reversal.

Explore a combined experience from $249
The LIVE Superhuman Experience with Hyperbaric Oxygen starts at $249 for the hard-shell 1.6 ATA option. It combines HBOT, BEMER, red light therapy and NanoVi. The 2.0 ATA combined experience is $275. Confirm suitability and inclusions before booking; these are not prices for an entire multi-session program.

From individual sessions to multi-session wellness programs
Established multi-session programs are available, starting with a consultation or the LIVE Superhuman Experience. When comparing regenerative wellness programs or protocols, ask for a written explanation of the included services, frequency, full cost, review points and who is responsible for each part of your care.
A wellness protocol is a plan for sessions, not automatically a regenerative medical treatment. No program is presented here as a guarantee of cellular aging reversal, tissue regeneration or treatment of a diagnosed condition.
